Football Potato Skins

This post goes out to all my readers gearing up for a 2010 Super Bowl party! Who says game time food can’t be chic? You can find a potato skin for all the teams in the NFL at the Food Network.

Chicago Bears

Sweet pickle relish, dill pickle spear, pickled peppers, yellow mustard, chopped onion and tomato, celery salt and poppy seeds

Dallas Cowboys

Chunky chili, grated longhorn cheddar, chopped onion, sour cream and hot sauce

New Orleans Saints

Assorted sliced Italian deli meats, provolone, olive salad and sliced pepperoncini

Philadelphia Eagles

Sautéed onions and roast beef, Worcestershire sauce and Cheez Whiz; bake 5 more minutes
