I just had a discussion the other day with a friend about how we don’t understand why everything baby and kid related is done in bright colors like pinks, blues and yellows. Then I saw these bottles by Dr. Andrew Weil and I just love not only the neutral-ness of them but also their sleek design! Cheers to a modern looking baby bottle!

A Rocking Baby Hat

I am so excited to share the news that my amazing friend Tatiana gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, Liliana, today! In honor of this fabulous news I had to post something baby related. How cute are these swirly hats from Baby Rocks Mohawks. BTW I just love saying their company name out loud…rolls right off the tongue.

Baby Ian

As many of you know I have recently taken some photography classes and therefore jump at any chance I have to practice what I have learned. So I was over the moon excited the other day when some friends of mine asked me to shoot their new baby boy Ian. I still have a lot to learn but was happy with the some of the photos and thought I would share what turned out to be one of my most favorite “unexpected delight” this month!

Ladybug Baby Shower

Below are a few pictures from the adorable ladybug shower I hosted at my house a few weeks ago! One of my best friends Tatiana is expecting a new little “lady” and in honor of her arrival she is having a total of 6 baby showers (she comes from one of those big crazy Italian families) so rather than give her another bubblegum pink shower we decided to go with something a little different! The menu included punch, lady bug themed appetizers, quiches, salads, croissants, fruit kabobs and cake for dessert!
